Climbing Movement
This course focuses on improving your climbing movement to help you send the next grade or succeed in climbing your objective. This is a highly flexible course, but potential areas may include certain movement techniques, such as laybacking, smearing, edging, crack climbing, offwidth technique, and chimneying. We also emphasize efficient climbing techniques, such as breathing, resting, mindset, falling, and the mental approach to climbing harder.
While this day is only 8 hours, we will provide you with a concrete plan and climbing ticklist that will serve as a roadmap to enable you to meet your goal. We also encourage you to consider booking two days, at a minimum.
